Should you receive butter that is damaged, please email us at email@example.com. Note that we can’t accept returns or exchanges on butter.
We only ship butter on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Orders placed after midnight on Tuesday are typically shipped the following week. In a few rare instances, additional shipping charges may be required. We will contact you before completing the transaction if these apply. We don’t ship outside of the Continental U.S. (sorry!) Shipping includes the cost of the following: a reusable cooler, ice packs, dry ice, and 2-day or overnight shipping, depending on location. Shipping cost will appear before check-out.
