Returns Policy

Should you receive butter that is damaged, please email us at Note that we can’t accept returns or exchanges on butter.


We only ship butter on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Orders placed after midnight on Tuesday are typically shipped the following week. In a few rare instances, additional shipping charges may be required. We will contact you before completing the transaction if these apply. We don’t ship outside of the Continental U.S. (sorry!) Some locations require that we ship overnight, which can increase shipping pricing. Shipping cost will appear before check-out.
